Reflectivity

The term 'Reflectivity' as it applies to the area of the weather can be defined as ' The process whereby radiation (or other waves) incident upon a surface is directed back into the medium through which it traveled'.

The term 'Reflectivity' as it applies to the area of carbon dioxide can be defined as ' The ratio of the energy carried by a wave that is reflected from a surface to the energy of a wave incident on the surface'.

The term 'Reflectivity' as it applies to the area of energy can be defined as ' The ratio of the energy carried by a wave after reflection from a surface to its energy before reflection'.
