(KRAHN-ik mye-eh-LAH-jen-us loo-KEE-mee-a) CML. A slowly progressing disease in which too many white blood cells (not lymphocytes) are made in the bone marrow. Also called chronic myeloid leukemia or chronic granulocytic leukemia.
