Geotextiles

The term 'Geotextiles' as it applies to the area of reclamation can be defined as ' Any fabric or textile (natural or synthetic) used as an engineering material in conjunction with soil, foundations, or rock. Geotextiles provide the following uses: drainage, filtration, separation of materials, reinforcement, moisture barriers, and erosion protection'.
